By accessing or using SafeHand ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SafeHand, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SafeHand is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps Etsy sellers monitor and automate their Etsy Ads campaigns. The Service reads publicly visible data from your Etsy Ads dashboard and applies automation rules you configure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Etsy seller account to use SafeHand.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

SafeHand offers a free plan and paid Pro/Scale plans billed monthly.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@safehand.app within 7 days of a charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in a way that violates Etsy's Terms of Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use the Service to scrape or harvest data beyond your own account data
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

7. Etsy Compliance

SafeHand reads data from your own Etsy Ads page that is visible to you as a logged-in seller. It does not use undocumented Etsy APIs or violate Etsy's Terms of Service. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SafeHand complies with Etsy's policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automation decisions will always be optimal for your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeHand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of ad spend or revenue.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. We reserve the right to update the governing jurisdiction as the company is formally established.
