Is SafeHand safe to use with my Etsy account?
SafeHand works inside your own signed-in Etsy Ads page, the way you would by hand: it reads the numbers on the page and flips the same on/off switch you would. It does not use bots, outside servers logging into Etsy, or private Etsy APIs.
What is shadow mode?
Shadow mode is on for every new account. SafeHand shows what it would pause or resume and why, without changing anything on Etsy. When you are happy with its decisions, switch to Live and every action it takes is recorded in your audit log.
Does it work while my browser is closed?
No. SafeHand reads and controls your Etsy Ads page through Chrome, so scans and pauses happen while Chrome is open with an Etsy Ads tab. Decisions made in the meantime are queued and run the next time the tab is open. Your dashboard and history are available any time.
I signed up with Google. How do I sign in to the extension?
Open your SafeHand dashboard in the same Chrome while the extension is installed. The extension connects to your account automatically, no password needed.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Edge, Brave and Arc.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Pro and Scale start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is kept for 30 days after cancelling so you can come back without losing history. After that, older snapshots are deleted. You can ask for full deletion at any time.
